The book was outrageously titled but very apt for the old testament.

What it points out is that for all the love and compassion of the New Testament, the Old Testament is a mass of vengeance, animal sacrifice, outrageous wars and even adultery. It's a mass of sin being punished by a vengeful and angry God.

Even in the New Testament, many of the miracles violate the laws of physics as we know them to be true.

It's not the first book to point out all the inconsistencies of the Bible and it won't be the last.

But worth the laugh, it is quite funny in a biblical sort of way.
