I just thought I would let people know about this. I've been using Inhouse for years and was worried that they seemed to have taken away the option to pay via GBP. I was concerned that they were stopping deliveries to the UK but it seems to be more simple than this.
I got the below in response to my query.
"In the last week of April we have had a Merchant facility in New Zealand closed due to pressure by Visa and Mastercard on our bank. Visa and Mastercard are targeting online Pharmacies due to lobbying from Drug companies and BigPharma in the US.
We had to quickly change Banks and this particular bank can only process Visa and Amex and cannot accept GBP payments. We are hoping to have this option back via another bank by mid-end of July.
In the meantime we have had to switch off the GBP prices and only accept Euro and US dollars.
Our system is set so that any order up to the value of €40.00(Euro) or $50.00(USD) will be declared at less than £15.00(GBP) on the customs forms - so you if you order under that amount you will avoid VAT.
We recognise this may be an inconvenience but it is totally out of our control.
Thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter."
So... the good news is that there is no problem delivering to the UK. the bad news is that we now have to pay a currency conversion charge. Oh well, hopefully it will all be fixed soon. :-\

Re: Inhouse Pharmacy and UK orders
One solution is to buy a prepaid AMEX card.
You can order one for no cost and with no fees.

Thanks, there's been some weirdness lately too like putting two pendings through on the card?

Sheese,
Great idea.
Why didn't I think of that.
So obvious, yet brillant. (although those prepaid cards do have fees so keep track of that).
