A Glitch

A few days ago, a "glitch" happened with my computer. This glitch took away two things: ( 1 ) the lil black arrow in the upper top left side of my screen that allowed me to return to the previous page. ( 2 ) When I was on any particular research page using Google, at the top of my screen was the address of the site I was on. That address disappeared to.

Tonight, I solved my problem and everything is back to normal. I had inadvertingly turned off the Bookmarks Bar. When I turned it back on, everything was restored

If only all life were so simple.

Trying getting mad at a $75k Noritsu printer, smacking the keyboard, and suddenly having the co-OS that does the printing go all Japanese on you! I had to call Jesus and try and describe the characters so I could get it back to English. (This was some years ago) Apparently, I hit the right combination of keys to default it to Japanese standards.
