I would strongly suggest that before you take any trial run, you read extensively here. You will find answers to many of your questions as well as some you didn't know to ask.

Here are two links as a beginning:

http://www.eunuch.org/forums/showthread ... feminizing
The second one gives doses, etc.
PS. Use the search, Luke

Re: trial run
Good advice above. Take heed!
Seems that we often mistake T-antagonists and blockers -used for preventing circulating T reaching T-dependent cancers, and switching off T. The first tells the brain to tell the balls to make MORE T, not less as it is blocked from many sites in the brain. Most of the T is not effective everywhere. Thus the effects of are not the same as no T. Substituting estrogen muddies the picture further. Do your research carefully.
Lupron (leuprolide acetate) shuts off T production signals from the brain to the balls, allowing T levels to fall to surgical castration levels. If you want no T, this is it. -But it is expensive, an injection, but reversible. Short of chopping 'em off, this is probably the nearest thing by effect.
Read first, ask many times, then decide, and most of all enjoy your decision carefully.
