Well, as far as i know, nobody has had their balls frozen for the purposes of reproduction.

But truly it sounds like a good zero population growth idea.

Why go through all the cost and grief of raising kids when you can have your balls removed at a ripe young age,

and then after your death (part of the zero population growth concept) some young woman who WANTS to have a baby can reincarnate your DNA.
