spontaneous orgasms

This is a bit off topic (i.e. not about castration) but it is just a thought that occurred to me when a friend was telling me about Caverjet injections(I really didn't know about it). My Kinky mind began to think what if a man had spontaneous orgasms. You wouldn't know when, they would just happen. Sometimes a few minutes apart other times hours apart, you just wouldn't know. You could be taking a walk, on a date, at work talking to a customer or you boss. All you could do would be pause and let it happen. You would probably have to wear a pad or something. Might be interesting, I wouldn't mind for a while anyway. Any thoughts?
