If you mean rare that well hung men lose the heads of their penises, yes, I imagine that's quite rare. If you mean rare that men have the fantasy, not at all. My hubby, for instance, has this fantasy, among others. For example, one of his fantasies that he's described to me is having women force him to stand on a stool in the garage, having a noose of dental floss tied around the groove behind his glans, having the other end of the dental floss tied to a rafter, having his hands tied together, and being told to hang onto a second rafter as the stool is kicked out from under him. On another note, I've had a somewhat related fantasy, based on an old "joke". A guy gets picked up or picks up a woman and go back to her home. Her husband comes home early and catches them together. He takes the guy to the work shed, has him tied up and hanging by his hands while he clamps his penis in a vice and removes the bar so it cannot be loosened.
