One month milepost
It's been one month since becoming a member of the eunuch fellowship and I feel great, with no complications or health issues from my surgery. The next milestone will be my one-year anniversary. I am looking forward to it, having just begun experiencing my new life without testicles.

My 6 months milepost is coming up this weekend. Life as a Eunuch has been ok for me so far. Not the life changer I was hoping for but better than it was. Still trying to get off the 25 lbs I gained while recovering. 10 lbs in 7 weeks so I should be back in the 170s by summer.

Hoosierdad, can I ask why you were castrated?
Thanks

Re: One month milepost
I was castrated to save my marriage. My wife has little or no Libido (sexual intercourse is painful for her physically) and mine was very high. This was causing a great rift in our marriage and after months of counseling I decided it was best to take the old adage "if you can't beat them join them" and apply it. My Orchiectomy has made a difference in our relationship already and we have years to go before we are married 50 years. (my goal) If you look at some of my older posts you can read the whole story.
Thanks
Thanks

Are you using HRT? How has it affected your libido? I use a minimal amount to maintain my health and to avoid some of the unwanted side effects of low T and have seen no return to an interest in sex.

I am not using any HRT and have had no real negative side effects other than weight gain. I have thought about asking my Doc but I think I will wait for a while to really drive my libido down.

Hi
I am new here and don't really know who to talk to. I am also trying to get a bilateral orchiectomy. I briefly talked to Dr. Arnkoff and he said he would do the procedure after a more detailed interview. I need to talk to someone who has gone through things. thanks

I've been castrated about 3 month ago.
I also don't take HRT.
No sideeffects until now.
How did you manage to reduce weight?

It's been over a year for me and its been great, but weight is an issue. You truly have to modify your lifestyle after castration. I know it may sound cheesey but I did the weight watchers point system and it really worked well for me. I get to eat what I want but just have to keep track of it.

Re: One month milepost
I was castrated about 7 weeks ago by Dr. with total scrotum removal, but am on 2x weekly testosterone injections, so my test. level is (still) high normal. Nothing has really changed except my cum is more clear and watery, and there is nothing between my legs except my dick, which feels very different. Still masturbate daily. I'm "KappaBro10" on EA personals for more info / pics. I did have two anonymous hook ups with guys this past week, and neither one of them said anything about my balls missing. They just reached down for them and then started rubbing where my balls used to be. Guess they figured it out and just played it off. Felt good tho to have them rubbing there cause it stimulated my prostate. Guess I'm not a true (no T) eunuch, just a castrated dude.
