'Banding' is the application of a small elastic band around the scrotum - above the testicles.

This constricts the circulation of the blood to both the scrotal sack and the testicles contained therin. Eventually, both die and rot away (if not removed first).

Before rubber banding I used a 3/4"ring on my penis it swelled somewhat but felt nice to touch ,but when masturbating, at the point of orgasm there was little sensation and only when sliding the ring off did the sperm ooze out,sometimes the ring was difficult to remove so I think I shall stick to rubber banding now.
