I started my diet exactly 2 months ago, and was at 270 lbs. As of yesterday morning, I was officially down to the lowest weight that I have EVER been as an adult... 244.6 lbs. (My previous low was 245, which was all the way back in my senior year of high school.) So I've lost 25.4 lbs in two months, with pretty much no exercise whatsoever, and pretty much eating as much as I want. (Although I'll admit, for some reason HRT has COMPLETELY changed my appetite... I just never seem to get as hungry anymore.) And the good part is, almost all of the weight has been coming off of my midsection. My waist-hip ratio started out at 0.88 before the diet, and is now down to a whopping 0.82. (37 inch waist, 45 inch hips.) Which actually means that I am BELOW the 0.83 ratio that the average female has. Awesome stuff! I can't wait to lose more weight! It's exciting!

As more and more weight is coming off of the "male" areas, my body is looking more and more feminine. My immediate goal is to get below 200 lbs, and technically with my height and frame size, my "ideal" weight is somewhere around 160-170. It's a lofty goal for sure, especially since I haven't been that weight since I was 13 years old, but hey, nothing's impossible, right?
