Re: The Great Flydini
Look closely, and Martin only uses his right hand. The left is limp at his side. I'm sure the left was a prosthetic arm. His real left arm was inside his clothes. That's how he produced all those things from his fly. A simple trick in principle. What's impressive is how well Martin carried it off.

Re: The Great Flydini
When I was an angst-ridden teenager, I could look at adults like those guys and long to be grown up, charming and charismatic. Now that I am past grown-up and still haven't arrived at charming and charismatic, I just have to admire the God-given abilities of Martin and Carson in the same sense of admiring the abilitie and talents of first tier athletes. Watching the clip just put me in a good mood. Those guys are amazing.

Re: The Great Flydini
Steve "The Great Flydini" also did an act where he held a violin bow with his dick (finger) and played the violin. It, too, was a hoot. Would love to see that again. Thanks for your post.

Steve Allen inspired it.

I miss Johnny Carson, I miss reading Mike Royko, and... gee, so much has changed.

Lester Flatt played the Guitar and Earl Scruggs played the Banjo, know as Scruggs style or Fingerpicking a Banjo a stile he perfected. Brings back some wonderful memories of years ago, I was never very good on the Banjo but always loved playing it.
