I really think that a good sex threapist could help you tremendously, the problem being that you would most likely have to drive to Sacramento to find one.
Before you go to address all of the dysfunctions that you describe you really need a good gynecology work up. Again, Sacramento is the place. Find a good medical teaching facility and a FEMALE gyneocologist because I think that it should be a while before you shoud or you are able to trust males.
If you want to ever get better you need to get started now. Happiness is what you make of it, though. If hangin out here is your thing, then O.K., but I think that you are selling yourself out short.
