A though has crossed my mind and if anyone has an answer the EA forum will. Would it be possible to remove the inner structures of the penis leaving it flaccid, and then sew the head (glans) directly to the groin area. It could then be stimulated but never erect. More like a clitoris. I read an old story with this idea and it aroused my curiosity.

I do not see, why not. As far, as I remember, the blood supply and innervation can be separated, and similar thing is done during SRS.

Finding surgeon, who would be willing to do it - that is entirely another matter .

That happens to people who the doctors gave implants like the rods or the pump device. When the devices broke down, or the flesh gave out, the penis was left as a noodle (As one of my friends called it). I never asked to see it because he was very straight and when he made the comments his girlfriend was sitting next to him.

This is my story, I had a penile implant that cost me my testicles. The pump to the implant was in the scrotum and I had many infections. The only doctor I could find was Dr Spector who would castrated me. I wanted to keep the implant as that was the only way I could get an erection. Years later I had the total implant removed leaving my penis looking like a long thin noodle. I then turned to Dr Kimmel to remove my scrotum and ask him if he could shorten my penis. He removed the outer skin between the glans and my body, suturing the head to my body. Standing I have about a 1.25 inch length and sitting it just the glans showing. The video's shows an implant being installed.
