buying topical cidofovir to prevent beard growth

I have read that topical cidofovir (an antiviral medicine) is effective in preventing hair growth. I wish to use it to prevent my beard, but I cannot find anywhere to buy it online. Does anyone know where I may buy topical cidofovir?
