How to Start a New Thread in a Forum

Okay, I looked at the picture above I found the button that said, "Reply to thread" and clidked it. That's why I'm here writing this.

There is no button that says, "Start Thread."

Go to the main page of the forums. Click on and open the particular forum you wish to start a thread in. Click on the Start New Thread Button. Proceed apace. Happy posting.
