For those not in Wisconsin and for those in that state wanting the extra padding, you can sign up for the DMA, the direct marketing assoc. A lot of telemarketers and junk mailers use them, I suppose that they are kind of like the RIAA (Recording industry group) of the advertisers.
They have a form for slowing down telemarketing calls and one for slowing down junk mail. I signed up for it last year, along with my parents and several friends and we have all noticed a drop.
Please don't pay the $5.00 to signup, mail in your form for the cost of a stamp, if you read deep enough into it, you'll see that your only speeding things up by a few weeks and since they only update it quarterly, then it wont matter anyhow until next quarter.
