1. Does castration sometimes remove the desire for a penectomy?

2. Is there a connection between coffee addiction, and libido trouble. i seem to drink coffee as medicine to deal with my libido problems, and was wondering if anyone had noticed less craving for coffee with low T.

1. Yes I had thoughts of having a penectomy and was even offered one. Of course I am sure that would have killed me due to who was offering. Lots of fantasies precastration about losing it all. Now I rarely think about it and since even though I am a no T eunuch I can still orgasm so it is kind of nice to have around. Oh and when out walking my dog in the snow for several hours it is handy to pull out when in the woods.

2. Coffee did not reduce my libido and after castration it increased the frequency and duration of hot flashes. Of course I am speaking of caffeinated coffee.

I still sometimes think about a penectomy but not at the level before castration.

I have found that I do not like coffee near as much as before castration. I don't think it affected my libido before or after castration.

Never considered having a penectomy, before, during my castration or after. And I heartily agree with tugon, having a hose is frequently more convenient than just being out in the woods. I'm not a germaphobe but some public lavatories.....To accommodate both my height and my MS I had a standing urinal put in my bathroom. Of course, it gets attention but, after the initial surprize, most men say they wish they had one as well; When you're 6'5" and given to shakiness, a place for pointers with poor aim is indeed welcome.

1.) would depend on if your penectomy fantasy is one of a sexual fixation or fantasy origin or if it's of a BIID origin. Does it make you hard and horny, to think of it, and once you've shot off your load you no longer thing so highly of it? If so, it probably fits more in the sexual fixation category. In this case for sure most of that interest will diminish or go away (depending on your individual response to castration). If you want your penis simply gone, because you don't feel it should be a part of you...then no, I don't see why castration would change that desire.

2.) I don't know, the question is somewhat confusing to me. I don't know if you are saying coffee is causing libido problems (higher or lower) or if you are using it to treat them? Either way, I'm not sure there's any connection with coffee and libido, other than what would be true of any stimulate affecting your body in the moment of sexual activity, libido...I don't think so.

And, although as a no-T eunuch you can still orgasm, would it be something you could control and give up if you wished to, or is orgasm still a compulsive need that must be fullfilled?

Thanks nonuts. i wouldnt desire a full penectomy, but only the head of the penis, since that seems to be the main area of stimulation, & my reason for a penectomy would be to elimate sexual stimulation and sensitivity.

i don't masturbate, but still have wet-dreams, and whenever a wet dream happens it leaves me very tired next day & i need lots of coffee to wake my brain up again. Without the problem oflust, i probably wouldnt need coffee.
