Removal of Erectile Tissue
Think about removing the erectile tissue in the penis and also deeper within the body. The nerves of the penis exist, but erection remains eternally impossible. Only way to get off then would be internal massage.
:p

Old Softee,
It would seem that you're aging quite gracefully, from the looks of your portrait there.
Interesting thought. I don't know if it's possible or not. I would assume that it would be, to some extent.

Re: Removal of Erectile Tissue
This might not be the best e-mamil for those who are squeamish.
Back about 10 to 15 years ago (gee, that long!) I met a guy who had several different penile implants. He was a paraplegic and wanted to continue having intercourse. The first implant was the type that pumps up with the pump being in the scrotum and the reservoir in the stomach. He said that worked well for a while and that he could do it. However, his body rejected it and the tissue broke down. So they had to remove all that plastic stuff.
The second implant was the two stiff rods that kept his cock erect all the time. He just bent it against his stomach and kept it hidden (sort of) when he wasn't using it. He had a crusty enough peronality that no one was going to comment that he was erect in public. Eventually, one of the rods poked out the head of his penis and had to be pulled out.
Now to get to the important part, he said after all this his cock was like a noodle in that in order to put all this stuff into it and make it erect (not rock hard, but erect enough to penetrate a woman) they use to fill it with fluid and insert the implants. In doing this, they seemed to take out something and we can guess that it was the spongiform material that fills the two erectile tubes. . . By the time I talked to him, there was only one rod in him and if not for that, it was limp and loose. I didn't have the nerve to ask him if I could feel his nuts, but apparently the doctors never touched them. I don't know if they did any rearranging to put the pump in there for the first implant. But he definately didn't lack testosterone.
So from that I think that you can remove some of the the spongiform or erectile tissue and just leave the penis a limp tube of flesh.

I'd be crusty too if I have gone through what this fellow endured. Interesting post. Thank you. :p
Well, I don't look quite as good as the painting. But it's close enough.

Re: Removal of Erectile Tissue
very close to my fantasy that I have had for years.
I was thinking that the penis could be "degloved" (to use a medical term) with the glans and nerves preserved to the head. then a pouch is made under the abdominal skin where the erectile tissu (corpus cavernosum) can be tucked away.
With an errection, the skin and head of the penis could be pulled forward, off of the errection, and the erection could be tuckued away under the skin.
I think that a skilled surgen could do it.... it is not that much different from what is done in SRS, but without constructing the neovagina and turning the penis skin inside out.
You could probably get it done in THiland.
I kind of stopped dreaming of this "mod" becuase with hormones and hopefully soon castration, errtions will not be a problem.
Although, I still belive an operation like this would be perfect for many people with gender conflict... giving the option for an errct penis for penetration, or a limp bit of sensitve skin that could be rubbed for stimulation.

Re: Removal of Erectile Tissue
is a major hospital for gender reassignment surgery. Surgery is part of an entire program for gender reassignment that involves several medical disciplines. I know that only because I lived in New Orleans for twelve years and had a physician who was associated with the hospital. ::luv2lurk: :luv2lurk:

So, why don't you just take it as your avatar?
It would look great.
