Suspending EA Personals account

Hi. I will be taking an extended trip abroad and do not want to receive messages on my home computer while I am gone. Would it be better to delete all information, pictures, messages, etc. in my Personals account entirely (and then rejoin when I return), or can I simply delete my email address in the account settings?

Why would you need to do anything? If you're not using it why would there be a concern? I wouldn't think anyone would be trying to use it while you're away.

Personally I'd have your login information available for when you get back and simply log out of your EA account and dump the cookies from your web browser. Much simpler than going through the process of shutting down your profile and then reentering everything when you get back, I'd think.

If you want I can disable the account now, and then re-enable it once you get back. Or, you can go into the 'Settings' page, and on the 'Notifications' tab, clear all the checked boxes and unless you have a birthday you shouldn't get a single message from the personals section.
