How many of you guys suffered from muscle loss when you got castrated?
For me, I lost about 15 pounds I think and a pretty dramatic amount of mass in my arms, thighs, ass, face, you name it.
Have any of you who this has happened to sought to reverse it via TRT, and if so with what level of success?

You have to go to the gym and work out to keep or regain your muscle and it would help if you took some HRT. But taking full HRT you back to be the person your were with the same sex drive. Some member have to take low levels of Testosterone as they can't function without it.

Re: Muscle loss
I have definitely lost muscle but gained fat. Right after my castration I was on TRT and stayed the same as I was before. But for medical reasons I had to stop TRT completely. since then I have lost muscle but my body has become the more feminine pear shaped. I have cut back on calories to as least keep weight gain at a minimum and I excise regularly. But without any testosterone changes will happen.

Going to the gym is certainly better than not going to the gym. But your body's response to exercise will be very depending on T-level. Your body simply doesn't build muscle without hormones of some sort (growth hormone when young, sex hormones when adult). Conversely, just a bit of extra testosterone will pack on strength and pounds of muscle.
If you doubt the power of testosterone in terms of body composition, just look up pictures of female body builders. As a eunuch, you'll have less hormones than even a non-body-builder woman. But look at those pictures to see what testosterone can do to a female body. It is very obvious that NO AMOUNT of regular exercise can turn a hormonally normal woman into a body-builder physique. It will be the same, actually worse, for someone who is castrate level hormones.
In other words, testosterone isn't just a short cut to being in shape -- the muscles you get in is better than you can achieve without it.

Re: Muscle loss
We are very curious about our health either we loose or gain weight. But maintaining the weight is little difficult. We can maintain our weight by doing some daily exercise and having a low fat diet. I am a health specialist and prefer to go to gym and walk to maintain my weight and health.
