Where you have been keeping yourself? We haven't seen a post from you for a while.

These pictures are not entirely a waste.

They are a good diet aid. Just print out the picture and hang it on the old refrigerator. Another on the bread cabinet, another on the snack pantry, and so forth and so on. Then when you go to get something to eat...well. 'nuff said!

Just remember as you gaze at these ladies.

In our past as a species, in times of famine and in times of little food there were people like these ladies you see here whose bodies stored huge amounts of fat because of genetic variations.

They could live off these stores until food became available. The skinny people died, as did the average built people, but the fat people survived and reproduced.

We all have common ancestors who probably looked much like these ladies.

So the next time you see a BIG lady like one of these we are seeing here...run up to her...hug her...and tell her thanks to her genes the human race was saved from extinction!

...And then just pray to God that she doesn't get happy or mad or something and hug you back!
