It doesn't work that way.... Some few voluntary eunuchs using no HRT actually have an increase in sexual functioning. Some on full replacement T drop to asexuality. It's another of those cases where Your Mileage Will Vary.
I'm sending a copy of the presentation that I made on exactly that subject at a conference in Montreal last month to the email address that I have for you. Let me know if you don't get it.

I think it depends on what exactly you mean by "libido." If you are referring to physical urges, those should disappear rather quickly once T is absent (and possibly E, since I think E plays a greater role in maintaining libido than many people recognize). However, so much of the human sex drive seems to be based within the brain. The mental aspect of libido may not disappear so quickly, if at all.
I know that for me libido (particularly the mental component) is the last to go any time I have dropped the T from my system. I notice other sexual effects (delayed ejaculation, impotence) long before my libido disappears. The physical need doesn't hang around for long without T, but my mental sex drive can take a very long time to completely vanish.
Given your post, I'm assuming you aren't taking E. It is possible that E could bring you the lack of penile functionality that you are looking for, but as I said, I also think it might increase libido.
