Time to introduce myself. I'm a gay man in my mid-30s. I've been thinking about being castrated for over a decade. I haven't done anything about it yet but it's something I keep coming back to.

Lots of things appeal to me about it. The most important is that my sex drive is way too high, and I feel it runs my life rather than the other way around. I masturbate too much and waste loads of time just thinking about sex all the time.

Also, I've always been envious of guys with smaller packages and I really want to be impotent. I can't explain that.

I really like body modifications as well and I think castrations can look amazing.

I worry about a few things, too. I worry about doing it safely. I worry about whether I would be okay mentally without testosterone. And I worry about feminizing effects, which I don't want. And I suppose I worry too about whether relationships can still work if I'm totally uninterested in sex.
