Internet Explorer vs. Mozilla
Re: Internet Explorer vs. Mozilla
Apparently IE10 is out now. The princess was messing with it last night. Considering the amount of bitching and cussing going on, who knows....

When I was doing this stuff for a business with the big machines, we always had a rule, don't beta test and wait at least a year before installing the finished product because there will be a lot of fixes after its released.

Re: Internet Explorer vs. Mozilla
What I like about Firefox is Security in the Browser.
I ran for months with no other security and visited suspicious sites,
and was clean when tested.
I use Firefox with NoScript and AdBlock add-ons.
Sometimes I wonder if I really need NoScript because I often just punch
"Temporarily allow whole page".
I really dislike seeing "Google-analytics" for approval. They watch!

We Agree
They watch. They wait. They listen. They record.
We know it ! & ! Why doesn't everyone else get it?
Collecting personal information should require personal permission or a court order,
regardless of promises of anonymity.
They must have files of anonymous ID match-ups. How could they not?

If they are watching me, they may well die of boredom. I suppose they might get their rocks off on EA and Fictionmania, and I might refer to someones kinks or addictions, but we are pretty small fish. Watching me would be its own punishment.

If you are paranoid does not mean that you are not being watched.
You use google/yahoo/yandex for mail? You do not encrypt it? You are already being watched. Get over it, or use proxies. But first think, who would keep an anonymous proxy for free with all that traffic? Everyone watches you...
