weight loss and chemical castration "recovery"
After I was chemical castrated, I reduced whatever I ate to the minimun available. I nearly stopped eating (although I still wanted to eat a lot, particularly burgers) and STILL gained 10 pound of weight. However, I still seemed to gain a bit of weight, but after all, I gained other 10 pounds. No matter what I did, I never was able to get them out of my system. Afetr I was forced out of eunuch-dom, I seemed to lose weight almost automatically, and still continue to lose weight. I already lost 44 pounds, and still seems to be much more thinner than I ever was. My doctor told me that since I recovered my T levels, my system starts to burn that extra fat. Anybody has some experience in this? Thanks to those who read it, comment and share.

low testosterone will usually trigger the weight gain. Very difficult to contain. Strict diet, much exercise, etc.

Re: weight loss and chemical castration "recovery"
With the passing of my 1st year of being a eunuch; This seems like the prefect place to post my latest update.
In the past 5 months I've lost 32 lbs and been able to remove as of today all of my blood pressure and cholesterol medications.
I've been seriously watching what I eat and but not starving myself.
I exercise nearly every weekend by riding my bicycle more than 30 miles and upwards of 100 miles,
I have no intentions of going back on the medications.
