The blunt metal corkscrew that a Portuguese male model allegedly used to slash off the testicles of his older lover during a gruesome Times Square tryst was shown to jurors in his murder trial.

Shocking photos revealed Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court depict items found on the floor of the couple's room at the InterContinental hotel, including a wine bottle opener smeared with blood from the revolting January 2011 attack in midtown.
