as far as I'm aware they can't unless you tell them the cause, they'll probably speculate cancer. However, If you're unable to handle the pain at any point which some Including myself went through you'll have to come clean and tell them what you did so they can prescribe actual helpful meds.

It's been 13 days since my last Injection and WOW, the pain went from a solid 2/10 to a 7/10 real quickly, hell it jumped to a 9 for a while. I couldn't walk or stand-up at all. All I could do is lay down and the pain would subside, I had to come clean to my urologist so he could prescribe meds that would somehow help and he prescribed not one but four different medications. Moreover, the pain now is down to a 1/10 but that was the

and it's nothing like alcohol injections at all. I'd say I wouldn't recommend hypertonic saline injections to anyone period. My ball grew to the size of two golf balls and it has yet to shrink usually after this time frame using alc injections they'd have shrunken but nope that isn't the case here. I hope the pain I had to go through was worth it and killed this dang testis.

Glad to hear your urologist was able to help, and that you are feeling better - may you continue to improve... Any chance that this would convince him to actually give you a chance at surgery?

I am also not discounting your experience, but I don't know that it really provides anything conclusive about hypertonic saline as was described in the scientific literature... The papers I've seen were talking about a 20% water based solution. The two injections you described were one that was mostly alcohol based, and the other was 45% saline, which is more than twice the strength used in the papers....

So it seems that we now have evidence that excessively strong solutions are a problem, but still no data on how well solutions at the 'paper' level will work...

I read this entire thread when I first signed up w/ EA, before I was convinced to try the 'official route'. My understanding from the posts of users that got ✂️🔪 post injections, was that the urologists initial reaction is 'your balls are abnormal and POSSIBLY cancerous' and would remove them as a precaution. However the pathology report would definitely come back as "NOT cancer"... This would leave the 'mystery' of how they got that way, which might or might not lead to further questioning....

Presumably a lot of this was in the days when the notion of a guy wanting to be fixed was even more unheard of than it is today, so the literature wouldn't have as much info about injections of anything being a possible explanation to explore... These days they may have better diagnostics to let them rule out cancer w/o surgery (I'm not sure) and there is enough knowledge of people doing injections that I'd expect anyone presenting w/ non-cancerous but abnormal testicles will get some very pointed questions... If you can't deal with those questions, it might not be worth the risk... (regardless of what is injected)

Also worth noting that the standard surgical protocol when they suspect cancer is to do inguinal surgery which is FAR more invasive and has a much longer recovery time than the simple orchie where they go in through the scrotum.

Update; no pain in either ball at this point.

eeks prior to the left has shrunk considerably, almost all at once. It's about half the size it was prior to injections. Left ball has returned to its pre injection size. Both are staying high and close to the body. No changes in libido or anything else noteworthy. I was incredibly tired a few days after injecting the left side, but chalking this up to just being under slept. I'll follow the CACl injections up with 180 proof injections in a few weeks most likely for good measure. Primary care appointment coming in the fall at which point I'll casually mention shrinkage and let the Dr do whatever investigation is warranted. Will update as I go. If I don't post anything then nothing has changed.

Just injected .5cc of cacl/alcohol intoy left testicle. There was some strong resistance getting the injection in. The right continues to shrink. No other noteworthy changes.

I thought I'd offer some measure of the effects thus far as was previously done for me by a friend not on EA who used the method which led to being surgically castrated. That friend used a 1-10 scale to describe how CACL effected them in these regards. 0 being no change, 10 being drastic/huge changes. I'll repeat this every so often as to show some sort of variable for how CACL is working in my case.

Libido: 0. Still horny

Ability to become erect: 2. No issues with this depending on what you call an issue. It does deflate easier than pre CACL.

Weight gain: 0

Fatigue: 3-4

Muscle loss: 0

Depression/mood: 0, never been happier.

Breast changes: 0

Drive/ gumption/motivation: 0

As I previously mentioned, not much has happened this far. No pain whatsoever after the second injection to the left testicle yesterday. I'll inject the right in a few days. Both are notably smaller, slightly lumpy.

Since I experienced zero pain with the injection to the left side, I went ahead and did the right with 1cc. Essentially this brings me to 2 sets of injections, roughly a month apart at this point. I'll see a urologist before doing more at this point.

Pain to the right side set in several hours after injection and was ridiculously painful. Managed now with Tylenol and ibuprofen. No other changes at the moment.

No pain at this point. Using the same 10 scale mentioned before, there have been no changes besides becoming erect has goneup to about a 3-4. I very much have sexual desire, but at what I feel is more of a manageable level. Quality over quantity if that makes sense. The largest change I have noticed is a complete inability to orgasm, which isn't really a big deal to me.
