Did you use 20% CaCl in water or in alcohol?

Thanks,

Thanks! I used 33% CaCl in ethanol. The pain became rather severe last night so I did not get much sleep. Today isn't quite as bad, but I did need painkillers to function.

33% CaCl2 is scarily high. Keep posting your pain factor.

Thanks,

Thanks,

Some of it didn't completely dissolve, so the actual concentration is likely closer to 28-30%. The pain levels seem a bit lower than last night, but it is still very uncomfortable without painkillers. I will post an update tomorrow.

You'll know you got the injection in the right place if they swell a lot, but with minimal pain. Mine got easily 2x as large as before, then they'll shrink to tiny small masses when they're done.

Mine are almost 2x as large, but there is certainly some pain. Walking around is very unpleasant without pain killers. Hopefully the pain subsides tomorrow.

Today the pain is much lower. The balls are just as massive as yesterday, but the swelling in the rest of the sack has gone down. I can't wait to see how things progress from here.

Monday update: The pain continues to lessen, today the balls are much less sensitive to the touch. I took no pain killers this morning and am generally feeling fine. The scrotum skin is still a bit inflamed, which is essentially my only concern. Overall though it does appear to be lessening.

Day 5: So far there has been no pain today, which is a welcome relief. I think the redness/inflammation that I noticed in the scrotum skin is probably a result of leaked CaCl. I'm going to be keeping a close eye on that, but otherwise I'm feeling good.

Day 6 Update: I may stop posting daily updates after this one, unless anything significant happens. It seems that the redness in the scrotum is lessening slightly, which is a relief. It's hard to tell for sure, because my scrotum has been very tight all day. I did a very gentle inspection in the shower this morning and it looks like I *may* have a hydrocele on the left one near the top where it connects to the cords. What is interesting is that I notice the hydrocele when sitting, but when I stand up it looks like it deflates. The swelling of the testes does not seem to have reduced yet or at least I haven't noticed a reduction.

An important message I want to include for anyone considering CaCl injection: I would not do this again, and I would like to discourage anyone else from trying this. Desiring castration is completely valid, but this method is not the safest. The pain, stress, and associated challenges are not worth it. Please see a Doctor instead. If this method is ultimately successful for me I will be happy, but if I could do things over again I would 100% get surgery instead.

May be you used a very high concentration. At a lower concentration, may be 10%, the pain may not be so strong.
