Can you explain to me what gauge and size needle you used? Again with a "trail run" I tried using a 25 gauge needle and keeled over in agony trying to pierce the scrotum. Where do you inject? Is it worth getting freeze spray or something to make it easier? I want to do this but I don't have the physical restrain to carry it out.

The higher the number, the finer or thinner the needle. For example, a 30-gauge needle is smaller than a 27-gauge needle.

Also, the thinner a needle is, the more likely it with break off during the injection. As anyone who owns testicles can tell you, testicles inside the scrotum are slippery and difficult to hold. Therefore, they will slip around while attempting to hold them and inject salts into them.

Further, testicles are sensitive and will cause pain if an injection is done directly into the organ.

If your goal is to destroy your testicles, a much better plan would be

to have them surgically removed

by a surgeon. There are surgeons in the United States that will remove testicles either without a therapist's note or working with a therapist that makes the process easier.

I ice my balls for 20 to 30 minutes prior to everclear injection. I use 1.5 27 gauge needle from Walgreens and 190 proof everclear. Slowly inject your ball, if you feel pain stop for a moment. Then try again. Push the needle about 1 inch into your ball. Slowly inject. Stop injecting for a moment if you feel pain. Slowly withdraw the needle when done.

I have done 6 everclear injections, 3ml each testicle. Went off Spiro for 3 weeks prior to testing T levels. Labs T level came back at 123, which is not to far off male T scale low normal of 200. Moving on to calcium chloride injections.

I also took the plunge on 04/23/21,I used 22% calcium chloride in ethyl alcohol and 1/2ml lidocaine. I injected 1.5 cc into each testicle. No issues healthwise, testicles feel very full day one. Day 2 balls are slightly red with a dull ache, pain level, 3/10, more so to the touch. Day 3 redness gone, pain is almost non existent, day4 swelling gone, testicles feel slightly soft, no pain. Day 5, testicles feel full again, digital manipulation brought forth a completely clear ejaculate, and a more intense feeling upon release that seemed to include a more whole body effect. Skip to day 10, digital manipulation same result, clear fluid, and the climax lasts twice as long. No issues with erection. Testicles are smaller than usual and more rubbery. Clearly worked,

I'm at day 13 since injecting my testicles with calcium chloride and ethyl alcohol. I also added .5 cc lidocaine. Injected 1.5 cc in each testicle. Needles were 28 guage insulin needles. Injection site is opposite the Epididimidus (the side of the testes that has the squiggly tubes.) Inject long wise into the testicles, don't squeeze the testicles but firmly tighten the skin over the testicles when you capture it.the needle barely hurts and is no different from any other injection. I'll get labs for hormone levels at day 90. Good luck and definitely do some research. The articles covering castration of dogs is the best ones for finding amounts and what to expect post injection.

Congratulations. It sounds as if you did all of the right things to avoid leakage, which I experienced on the left. Now just wait and see with patience, some thing I didn't have, and resulted in leakage on a second shot. It all worked out well in the end, with both testicles being surgically removed from their demise. It has been almost 5 years, and the sole regret is I didn't do it much earlier in life. I got all the stuff, read this entire thread twice and have taken the plunge.

Used EMLA cream covered with cling film for 15 minutes before injection to numb the skin. Then cleaned it off with antiseptic wipe, then alcohol wipe prior to injection.

1ml into left one (my smallest) and 1.5ml into right one. I injected the 33% cheese making CaCl, no alcohol.

The numbing of the skin worked. No needle pain with left one. Injected slowly into the centre. Withdrew needle slowly and wiped skin. No leakage.

The right one hurt like crazy, so I tried a different spot which didn’t hurt. Again injected slowly into the centre and then withdrew the needle a bit and did some more.

Although the vet studies suggest injecting throughout the testicle as you withdraw, I thought it was safer only to be reasonably close to the centre in order not to have the risk of leakage.

I agree with others that the feeling is odd. Of course it is a NEW experience. It feels like my balls are full, like blue balls. They are aching, pain level 2/10 but I took paracetamol and co-codamol an hour before and three hours after.

I feel liberated. All I can do now is to wait.

It works, my nipples are sore now and I can feel the breast buds under my areola. Took a month for the effects to cause the soreness, but I'm so excited, I hope my breast get big.
