I to have pain ever since my vasectomy. My wife was also very concerned with my pain. Often like a toothache with some stabbing pain. Similar to you, I injected ethanol until my testicles were hard, very small, and not functioning. This did not resolve all of the pain. So far doctors seem unconcerned. Thanks for the encouraging words. My pain is very mild like a deep ache. They are both very sensitive to touching and any movement. It’s now about 30+ hours and I am feeling very positive and I am going to definitely do the other testicle in a couple of weeks.

There is certainly a feeling of excitement knowing that I’ve begun the sterilization which I’ve longed for .....

Sounds like you need another doctor. Surely some would be concerned that you're in pain.

Calcium Chloride injections really do work. My testicles started at 32 and 27 ml and now down to 6 and 4 ml. They may be even smaller because it's hard to feel their greatly reduced boundaries.

I am in the UK , despite telling my Drs and two Urologists that my dead balls hurt all they say is its stable so we will leave well alone. Or words to that effect, so I am stuck we my hard dead shrunken nuts.

It's now day5 and swelling has subsided and sensitivity remains about the same. No complications noted. Now I just going to try to be patient and not try another injection for a few weeks despite my desire to do so.

For anyone who has successfully castrated via CaCl, is there a link known for effects on the changes to the body as T levels drop over time. ?

Just interested to know to monitor progress

My dosage was low as I had already spent months on ethanol injections alone, so was only able to get approx 0.6ml into each nut for CaCl injections. and they swelled massively, and very hard now.

The effects seem to vary from person to person but hot flushes for me was a very definitive confirmation that T was dropping.
