Very little pain, but it didn't totally destroy them. Without any drugs for three weeks I'm getting a little horny and some morning wood. So I'll probably need to inject again. It's hard to say what the concentration of the solution you used might have been since the CaCl2 didn't all go into solution. Made up the way I did it should all dissolve. The damage to testicles continues over several months, so it's best to wait to see how well the first injection works before doing another. Some guys on this site have reported needing only a single injection; others have had to repeat. Here's the procedure used for sterilizing dogs that several of us have used:

The only significant deviation was to use a 0.2 micron syringe filter to draw the solution up into the syringes.
It seems from several results following mine, that 20% is doing an uncertain job, even in the long run. Based on my own personal experience, and those I've read since, it seems that about a 30% or slightly higher solution in ethanol is the ideal. Surprisingly, some people have still had safe results injecting up to 2mL volume per testicle slowly, though I still believe 1.5mL should do the job as long as it includes the other key ingredient - patience. Remember that CaCl is not supposed to be a same-week or even same-month finish. I've seen major results in 6 weeks to 6 months, and completion from 8 weeks to 10 months - although you may be satisfied sooner if you're just looking for ultrasound results that will lead to them being removed for suspected cancer 'biopsy'.
