Hi Cutpieces, you may need to get some form of HRT at a low level to get you back on track so if you can get to the docs before you end up in a dark place. I hope you are okay.

thats me, i should be doing stuff but i'm completely loosing my mind.

If you don't want TRT, try Estradiol. Many say it works wonders for mood and completely suppresses libido if that's a goal of yours. I'm loving it so far.

I've been on Androcur for 6 months now and I noticed ball shrinkage pretty quickly (probably shrunken by about 40% I'd guess). I have to say the more I think about it, the more I'm tempted by this injection method. The only abject fear I have, is sticking a needle into my balls!

Without having to read 100 pages, can someone please advise of the optimal concentration please? Also is it literally a single injection into each for most people, or multiple? As for the needles, I have short needles (insulin) I used for subcutaneous injections, I'm assuming these are suitable?

thanks!

I did mine with insulin needles worked fine.

Three 1ml injections into each nut should do it.

But try small amounts of 0.2 ml to start with to see if you react badly.

Cutpieces, I hear you. I encourage you to start a new thread with this to see if you can get more responses. I had to be taken off T for a while because of hemoglobin issues, and I noticed this same effect. I've found that taking care of everyday necessities, such as house cleaning, pet care, relationships, have suffered because there's no drive to get them done.

While estrogen therapy in the absence of T may help, it can come with its own hazards. Maybe you can elicit a variety of opinions on how to address this.

(no alcohol) and the pain was intolerable for 4 days. I went to emergency on the 5th with a 3 cm black eschar on my scrotum I had ultrasound showing 60% necrotic and infected tissue in both nuts but the urologist was resilient to remove them after 2 month I reinjected 2.5cc of the same concentration in the upper testicle. The second injection was painless since the scrotum skin was removed and the testicles were exposed from the previous surgery. I had another ultrasound and it show 80% necrosis then after 2weeks a finished them with 2cc in the centre, soon after I saw my urologist and he accepted to remove them since there are no viable tissue left now I am 1month post bilateral orchiectomy and zero regret thank you guys for sharing your experience Iam really glad that I found this website

I'm a strong believer in following the tried and true method that has been described here several times in the recent months. If you don't know what I'm talking about then follow the advice of those who have recommended reading the entire thread before doing your injections. There are a lot of bad experiences with excessive pain, but my experience has been virtually pain free. The 20% CaCl2 in 95% ethanol worked like a charm. Three months after injection, my testicles have shrunk ~75% and don't seem to be producing much testosterone. I've been taking 2 mg/day of Estradiol so that may be contributing to the atrophy. I seem to be following the same time course as the procedure studied in dogs by Leoci et al (2014). Testosterone production should continue to decline over the next three months. Still feeling incredibly good about being rid of T. Life was good before but way better now.
