I injected very much, both alcohol and cacl, and i had a normal Testosterone test that says:

15,3 nmol/L (432.6 ng/dl)

But that was just before the operation, before the partial removal of my nuts and scrotum two weeks ago. i will have it tested soon again.

I had an ejaculation last night and i had a very clear water fluid, nothing white, nothing sperm like. before the operation it was normal white colour.

It's amazing how much abuse your nuts can take and still not die. I assume my T level would be close to 300 if I still had both my nuts. It really does suck I couldn't take out both and be done with this by now.

It's been a month since my partial removal operation and i have no sex drive, i never even think about it. As i was saying earlier i had one ejaculation at night and it was waterlike fluid, perhaps i'm already an eunuch. I enjoy it and i hope i will never get my sexdrive back again. So I went to the doctors on Monday and tried to subtly get him to check out the nether regions. He told me that they seemed perfectly fine, even commenting that I could still bank if I wanted. So in short in I injected again. This time did 0.25 ml and have to say to anybody injecting at all mix this shit with the right kind of alcohol and not just use calcium chloride. Reading back in this thread it seems that the alcohol seems to prevent most of the pain. Because just using straight calcium chloride left me in pain for the last six days. Swellings starting to go down and the pain is mostly gone now.

If your nuts were not swollen or had not shrunk from the injections, it is most likely that the doctor isn't going to determine anything is wrong. It takes an ultrasound to determine if there is any abnormality that can determine if further action is needed. I had to present with symtoms of feeling a lump and hardness, some pain, and having hot flashwes and night sweats to get an ultrasound and testosterone blood test ordered by my doctor, leading to diagnosis of abnormality and needed surgery removal.

your nuts need to be damnly damaged before the urologist decides to remove them. I needed 2 years before the doctor makes that decision

Having read through this thread I'm aware of doctor's odd relentlessness to save the balls. No matter how much the patient wants them gone. They must be saved at all cost.

It was the mention of banking sperm which is what unnerved me. Not a good sign when trying to get rid of them.

In short I think I just didn't inject enough first time around.

Pain and swelling are pretty much gone at this point.
