My wife and I knew it was happening and confirmed by the doctor my body was shutting down. You dont want to be there believe me! When I say emergency surgery I mean see urologist at 1:30pm in surgery in hospital at 4:30pm being operated on and pumped full of antibiotics. Stuff was starting to literally fall out of my scrotum! Saying Calcium Chloride outside the testicles is unforgiving is a total understatement! Then go with them thinking it might be cancer if you cant tel
l the truth and the lab should come back clear.
sadly today the black spot that appeared on my scrotum that i was telling about earlier started to fester today, there is always some kind of liquid coming out of it.
guess i am in the last stage, that wound won*t heal, it*s time to head into hospital
I tried to inject CaCl last night, and it did not go well. On my first try, after using a needle a couple times to figure out the flow rate, dealing with bubbles, etc, I was unable to stick the needle into my scrotum - I couldn't take the pin prick lmao. I tried again (with a new needle) and numbed the area with ice. Got through the scrotum but when i tried to enter the testicle I felt lots of pressure and slight pain so I pulled out again. I can deal with aches, and internal pain pretty well, but for some reason I could not use a needle. I was poking from the epididymus side which may have been my problem. I will try again in a week or so and maybe use lidocaine back numbing cream as well. I am sad my eunuch journey has not started yet. :/
the doctors removed some parts of my nuts and parts of my scrotum but the balls are most likely still working they said, that is astonishing, don't you think?
well i would be happy. anyways time will tell if they are still working. thx

Look up some videos on them doing this to dogs. They usually go from the bottom on them and most here probably went from the top. But watching someone actually do it should help. Also looking up some how to guides on preparing syringes might be a good idea. The needle should be changed after each injection and deposed of according to the regulations of your country or state. By the way if the pain is a problem at this stage I'd advise against going farther as it gets pretty damn bad on day two. I'd give it about a 6/10 with a x-acto cut at 2/10 for comparison.
Well theres no change in size since the last update. There much harder now though. I did try to make some cheese from my left over food grade calcium chloride. The first attempt didn't go to well. Second was actually eatable.
A couple of things that I hope are of help to some others here, maybe moreso for those considering CaCl2 in the future.
- NEVER use if you've already injected alcohol, or tried CaCl before. The hardened parts inside which keep it from absorbing will make a leak much more likely.
- Don't use more than 1.2ml, and I think realistically there's no reason to go above 1.0ml.
- The critical thing, the source of all complications, is keeping it inside the ball. Use the right amount, a 25ga needle or smaller, injection very very slowly (at least 30 seconds for the 1ml) and INJECT DOWN into the center, and let gravity do the work for 20 minutes or more until it seals enough. Don't squeeze the ball or do anything to potentially make it come back out. The fibrous tunica albuginea is VERY tough, and essentially immune to the CaCl, which is a dessicant. The tunica albuginea is similar to ligament tissue and isn't destroyed by it. There are only pressure nerves inside the testicle (though the epididymous has the usual range), so if you have a lot of pain afterward besides some from the temporary swelling (it's easy to tell swelling pain from burning pain), it's likely that it has leaked.
As far as testosterone goes, while you can have some briefly in fat, its half-life in the bloodstream is 3-12 hours, with average of 8. IOW, if you were physically castrated riight now, within 12 hours your total testosterone would be at its minimum - typically under 20ng/dl but sometimes higher, because the adrenals also produce some amount. Some individuals who have been physically castrated for prostate cancer therapy have had T as high as 120ng/dl, purely from the adrenals. I would speculate that it's why some of us eunuchs can still have an erection, etc. without TRT, but that's all it would be - speculation.
So I'm using a new account since I haven't posted here in a long time and my old one seems to be deactivated, but I would like to share my experience with CaCl and alcohol injections. Specifically the long-term effectiveness of this method.
I think I first started injecting 95% Ethyl alcohol in November 2013. Over the course of a couple of months I did 7-8 shots in both testicles. Then I found out about the CaCl method of castration and decided to try it. After buying some 77% CaCl pellets off Ebay I mixed them with the alcohol and did a total of four injections into both testicles over the course of another month. After that I got into this mindset that the injections weren't working and that the only way to achieve castration was by removing both of my testicles. (No doctor would do it) Long-story short I only managed to remove one, because I couldn't stop the bleeding and had to go to the hospital. So nearly 2 years after I removed my testicle and stopped any injections into the other one I did my first Testosterone test and over the course of another 2 years I've done 3 more, here are my results (with one testicle):
April 12th 2016: 5.0 nmol/L (144 ng/dl)
December 28th 2016: 5.9 nmol/L (170 ng/dl)
May 29th 2017: 7.2 nmol/L (208 ng/dl)
April 9th 2018: 6.3 nmol/L (182 ng/dl)
Frankly, I'm amazed how my remaining testicle is still producing so much testosterone after all the abuse it took. I don't think about sex as much and don't have that much body hair, but can still easily get an erection. I've recently done 2 more CaCl injections (after my last test) and hope that I'll finally be able to finish the little guy off once and for all and won't have to endure all of this pain for much longer.
