I'd worry about using a calcium buffer because that might cause problems with all the tissues exposed to it. Calcium is essential for cell function and imbalances at the cellular level can cause cell death. Saline injection into the sac should be much better. I've done a large saline infusion with no harmful side effects. With a tie around the base of the penis and balls to keep the saline in the sac, it would be possible to let the fluid drain out and flush again. Inflating the sac should keep the testicles from attaching to it. I would NOT recommend doing this unless you have experience with sterile procedures. An infection could be a serious problem.

i went to the doctor, he said cancer and i`m going to the hospital in a few days. but i would want to keep a small piece of a ball, so i wouldn`t be an entire eunuch with all the disadvantages, but that would be difficult i guess.. we`ll see

I was told by my urologist that if cancer is suspected, no biopsy will be done out of caution for concern of spreading cancer cells beyond the nut.

They will maybe go to pathology after removal but like nutlets said they won’t do a biopsy.

Are you talking about part being left in place? If so don’t think it will happen and wouldn’t be functioning anyway so you need it all removed if any!

I only have CaCl and 25g needles at this point. Are the needles too big? I have had no prior injections nor damage to the boys. They are relatively small and I plan on only injecting .75mL. I am worried about leakage even though I am using a smaller amount of liquid and have no damage. I will inject the needle to the center of the testicle and inject the CaCl. I will then retract the needle out of the saturated area. I will then wait about 5-10 minutes and let things heal enough then remove the needle fully. I will be using an ordinary rubber band to keep the testes near the scrotum so that I have more control. I will repeat the process for the other testicle keeping the band on. I will leave the band on a further 5 minutes to ensure no leakage. Anything else I can/should or should not do?

Bacteria -

I have done a little research on bacteria and salt solutions. I could not find any hallotolerant or hallophillic bacteria that are dangerous (please correct me if there is any doubt). I did more research on other common bacteria that could be dangerous. E. Coli will not stand salt solutions of 33% like I am using...much less. The bacterium that causes gangrene - 5% and some listeria species up to 30.5%. I do not have access to Everclear (illegal) or filters (expensive).

Thanks,

long time lurker, new poster.

does anyone know of someone who got steril by merely injecting CaCl, without removal of balls? i mean not able to ejaculate anymore?

I already injected much, but I'm still not steril. i must miss the living part of the balls, inject into dead mass.
