The pain seems to be easing now but the swelling seems to be the same as well as the bruising, think it may have leaked as I am getting discharge from the injection site and its a clear liquid mixed with blood also the skin has come off a bit but its not painful.

The swelling has gone into my penis as well which is making it a little sore.

I have started on a course of very strong antibiotics so if there is a leakage etc hopefully that will cure it.

Trust the doctor and tell him what you have done, if things goes wrong.

If the doctor don't know, what you have done, he can't help you correct.

For him it's only a thing of self medication.

Also you could say, anyone has inject you on an sexparty and has sayd you it was CaCl after it... so it's more an accident then a self harm.

As mentioned, if you do feel it is serious enough to seek medical attention then you need to tell the doctor the truth. But I recommend going to a big city doctor as I find they have pretty much seen everything. I've had to go to ER several times over the years for pretty embarrassing things. One time had shoved a fishhook down my urethra. Another time I had hung myself by my balls and developed a hyrdocele. Another time I got my penis stuck in a metal ring. Another time I got it stuck in a glass bottle which then broke while I was trying to get it out. Many time I've injected weird things into penis or scrotum and freaked out the medical staff with some grotesque-looking genitals.

In every case it was embarrassing, but ultimately I was treated professionally. There were certainly some very curious nurses who I'm sure tittered about it out of my hearing, but to be fair it was something to be laughed at.

But even if your doctors are less professional, at the end of the day it is not worth dying or facing lifelong medical problems simply because you were too embarrassed. I've discussed this with doctors before and they agree that a lot of people literally "die of embarrassment" by not getting treated promptly.

On the other hand, I have to say that despite a lot of self-harm over the years the body generally can heal quite well on its own. Up to you to judge, but I know from experience that my balls can swell up to the size of a grapefruit and then recover (well maybe with some "scars") over a few weeks. So I'd say most cases just trust in your body to heal.

Thanks for GREAT advice SplitDik as I said the pain is easing and I guess with time the swelling will go down and the bruising will also go, like I said taking a strong course of antibiotics as well just in case.

Antibiotics are in this case senseless I would think...

If the wound should be open after few days, it should be severed from an professional doctor => ER ... and then it is important for him to know about CaCl!

From my personal experience it surely appears you have experienced calcium chloride leakage. The skin coming off and clear discharge was my first sign. An antibiotic will likely prevent infection. Keeping the area clean and free of dead skin is most important to growth and replacement of new skin. After 4 weeks of self-treatment, I was referred to a wound clinic that numbed and debrised the area where the skin came off over an 8 week period.

The leakage caused scar tissue in the scrotum, which made surgical removal of the nut more difficult, however the desired result was achieved..

It seems like I have got calcium chloride leakage on the right side as the skin has peeled in 2 places and it has a clear discharge which is blood tainted as well and there seems to be a lot of discharge much more than what was injected.

Can I ask what you used to self treat I am using savlon cream and a dressing and trying to keep in clean and also taking a strong course 1000mg of antibiotics a day to fight infection, how long did it take for the discharge to stop and the swelling to go down? Also were you badly bruised as well?

I so wish that I never did the injections now but I know that I got the needle into the ball before pressing the plunger.

Hope that the 2.5ml that went in into each ball is enough to the job.

The Savlon cream may do the job for you. After washing the area I applied aloe vera gel since I was treating it as a chemical burn, then I applied a cream that contains zinc oxide, commonly found in a diaper rash cream to remove moisture that can cause infection. Removing the moisture promotes healing.

I injected only 1 cc and still got leakage on the second injection to a hard nut. The first injection of both nuts of 1 cc injected fine without leakage. If it was your first injection, you may have used too much for the nut to hold.
