Really wait a few weeks before injecting again. I know how tempting it is, but as mentioned by someone before... it is not a race. You really must prevent leakage and I think that taking your time in between the injections about 5-6 weeks helps preventing an injection going wrong. Leakage of CaCl may sound like 'just a risk', but believe me that it is very very... very nasty!

Ik needed multiple shots on just one testicle and it stille isnt dead completely. The last injection went wrong and it made my scrotumskin ulcer. The testicle fused itself to the skin. I took a few months to heal and was an open wound for months with the testicle partly at the surface. And even now when the skin has healed that part of the scrotum is still uncomfortable.

Just recently I found a doctor who probably will remove my remaining testicle. I hope to hear that june 12. It is almost a year since my last injections, so please be patiënt.

I need more than 2 years and a hundred of injections and 2 ulcerations in each ball . Now the ulcerations have already healed.

the next week is my Testosterone test to confirm that they are dead. I hope not to have to inject again.

Have no problems with one single injection and the ball is definitively only a stone now.

Important seems to be, haw and where you inject the CaCl! Is must be inject on the base and over the length of tesicle so it can flow good into the whole tissue from there. If you inject it into a point enywhere it has no chance to reach much tissue and build a capsule in a little region in the ball and you have to inject often for success. Mine was killed after a single shot and instantly producing no testosterone anymore. Only my other ball, who has get only ethanol, is producing still a little amount but generally is my level on the lower border and causing massive eunuch like side effects and I'm now on TRT.

A right placed CaCl injection is enough, if jou are placing it correct (read also desriptions for dog neutering and so on or see my detailed injection video on manmods.com).

I again want to stress this good advice of holding off on additional injection. I became impatient when urologist recommended surgical removal of only one testicle, so I injected again, and I believe because the testicle was hard, CaCl leakage into the scrotum occurred. The stated leakage damage result to the scrotum is truly real, and takes months to heal, and the skin has never been the same as before leakage. Please practice PATIENCE, something I knew, but did not practice.

It is now been 19 days since my CaCl injection.

The right testicle has shrunk by about 1/3 and is hard all over.

The left testicle feels like it is the same size but now has a few "hard" spots.

The first few days after I didn't notice too much of a change and then around the 10 day mark the testicles seem sit a lot closer to my abdomin. Around day 12 the scrotum has become quite tight and wrinkly.

Today, day 19, I have started to get incredible pains in my left testicle and in the chord.

(I resisted doing another injection because of everyone advice.)

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Is the pain this many days after normal?

Yes, think it's normal because the inner of the testis is slowly going to die but nerves will register if it's anything go wrong there. Could be, you will often feel such things while it is shrinking. Mine has now a blow out on the sife where the epidytimis is connected. Thinking about to empty it with a sytinge.

I have also episodes of little pain in the ball, but not so intensive. You only feel that CaCl working it's way ...

Yes there can be no pain then hit with pain then go away again but use that to help in getting removal at some point.my right one was removed less than a month after first injection but the left one still had good blood supply and was left I injected again finishing it it shrank to smaller than a grape and wasn't removed till 3 years and you couldn't tell it was there and when it was pulling up into the pubic area where I had had hernia surgery the pain started increasing and a surgeon removed it no questions asked because blood tests had shown it had been dead for years.

march 2016 (four months from the first injection) testosterone = 0 (or undetectable, check my posts here if you want)

dezember 2016 testosterone 91ng/mL (near to the low end from the normal range but not castrated levels) enough for masculinzating me and make me very horny (i´m MtF transgender)

march 2017 testosterone 14 ng /mL (undoubtely castrated levels) i feel much less libido but as i´m injecting oestradiol i mantain some of It

June 6 2017 testosterone 6ng/ mL Even lower than the previous test. Almost nothing...

my conclusion is that cacl2 with vodka works in long term but you need more than one single injections. I needed more than 100!

Be very careful Leigh, as any attempt to inject more CaCl into the hard testicle risks and will likely result in leakage of CaCl into the scrotum, and you surely don't want that.

Either present to a doctor to see the status of the testicle, and proceed from that point, or you could try injections of Everclear alcohol, if you feel uncertain the testicles are not totally damaged.
