These injections don't seem to be doing much for me. I was hoping I'd have more shrinkage, hard nuts or something by now that I could take to a urologist. Looks like I'll have to go for another round.

I did two rounds of injections.

My primary aim was to damage my testicles sufficiently to cause

a urologist to want to remove them in a safe surgical environment. I succeeded in my aim.

That's also my goal. They just seem to bounce back to normal after swelling up and being painful for several days. They are a bit harder than what they were originally.

you probably need visit a GP prior an uro and then a scan done to have an idea how damaged they are. I needed 4 injections (and a bit more) to have them completely useless.

This is good advice to which I will offer a further expansion and that is, visit either your doc or the ER when your testicles are sore and swollen. I did and got a referral to a urologist who took one look at the scans and then

told me they would have to come out. There

is another Aussie guy who presented to the ER even earlier than I did and they removed his testicles on the spot. I wish that had happened to me instead of having to wait another 2 1/2 months for surgery.

Yikes. Guess I'll do another injection in a few days. I've been seeing a doctor each time out of "concern" and they just give me pain meds and send me away. Guess I should find a new one. I'll also up the dose from 1ml to 1.2 or 1.3. Maybe that will also help.

You need to go and see the doc when your nuts are sore and really swollen, like a day or two after the injection and get him to send you for an ultrasound scan. Ask for a referral for this if all he offers is pain meds and very definitely find another doc.

I agree, wait about 3 or 4 days for all evidence of the injection has gone, then go and moan loud and long about the pain and swelling. I used 0.5 cc each ball first and arguably that was enough but like you I was impatient and gave them a second shot.keep moaning and dont just accept pain meds. mine were removed and life is just great.

I have gone when they were large and swollen. Two times. Said it was epididymitis and gave me pain meds. Finding a new doc.
