The more you distribute it within the testicle the more quick success you probably can expect. Good luck for syringe no 2.

For me It´s dificult maneuvering the syringe as I´m withdrawing the needle so my injections was done in the center. Also depend the size my testicles were 3.5cm and 3cm so was better in the center. I suppouse for larger testicles the better would be spread lenghtwise as pulling out. In any case as we have read in this thread the final result is a dead testicle.

Going on 4 days, still a dull ache in the abdomen and the ball is still quite swollen. More so in the evening than morning. This is quite the experience.

I did go to my urologist to get the process started so to speak. Diagnosed me with epiditimytis and prescribed me antibitioics and pain pills. Figured the antibiotics are a good preventative measure and was happy to get the pain pills. Waiting until this side is no longer swollen and doesn't hurt anymore before starting the left, I couldn't take both at once.

Just some update:

4 days after initial injection, I injected another (around) 0.7ml into right testis. The pain on left testis has since gone.

9 days after initial injection (or 5 days since 2nd injection on right), the pain on right testis was very minor, so I stopped taking Ibuprofen.

I could hardly feel any pain or discomfort since day 10, unless I squeeze them.

Today is day 12. Left one feels firm and I have a feeling that it must be smaller, the right one is also firm and slightly smaller. Still have some unwanted erections, but less frequent.

Pain on right side nearly gone tonight. Letting it settle down for a week since I have lots to do, will inject the left next weekend if all goes to plan.

Thanx @Eunuch_HAJ and @freddyde. The needle I use is short, so I can't really maneuvre either. Ik think I will try to inject at least 1,5 cc in my testicle splitted in a bottom and a top injection. I almost couldn't resist to inject this evening, but I still want to wait and see if any effect shows up. And 12 april I have an MRI to scan my whole spine, so I don't want to risk that they notice an very enlarged testicle do to the injection. I will do the injections after de 15th when I had the appointment with the doctor to talk about the results of the MRI.

I think the effects where not big enough to enitrely kill the testicle. I secretaly hope that with the MRI they see some strangeness in the testicle to of such a dgree that the think it is bad enough to remove it, but I think it will be more of a wish then reality. Not much has changed in the ball. It is however almost without sensation. I can squeeze real hard without feeling any pain. So I hope it did some damage .

I just injected the left testicle with 0.3 cc. The pain started right away this time but I don't think its as bad as the last time, anyway it's too early for that. I had troubles with getting the needle inside the tests, with the left one I had to push more harder till I finally got through what I felt was like a rubber shell. But the righty was almost impossible to get the needle inside no matter where I insert the needle or how hard I pushed, and each time it felt like I was piercing the cords directly, and that alone made it swell, it was much harder to finally get most of the needle inside the testicle and it was just one unit when I felt an instant enormous pain accompanied by a feeling of diarrhea but it was for a second - by the way there is a feeling of pressure near my rectum started to develop while I'm typing - anyway I was able to inject only 0.02 cc inside the right testicle, when I finally pulled the syringe there was a tiny blood clot on the center of the needle.

How long should I wait before I test my T level?

Quick update: After one hour I noticed that my penis is erected!

After I posted yesterday I went to bed but the boner was still there, I was so horny that I couldn't help but masturbate, and I did it again when I woke up. It was intense I never experienced that in my 2.5 years of testicles injecting. I used to get horny the day after the alcohol injection but not that immediate. And speaking of alcohol injections, so far I achieved success with alcohol more than anything I had with Nacl and Cacl combined, I reached a point where I was able to squeeze my right testicle with my full power without any pain. The only thing is that it wasn't so long before the balls managed to recover.

I forgot to mention in my last post that I was going insane the whole past week, it was so easy to lose my mind for no reason. I used to believe that this was an indication that my testosterone with low, especially that I went through the same thing when I was on estrogen in 2012, but now I remember that when I switched to estrogen back then I stopped all T-blockers thinking that e would be enough on it's own. That's why I was going insane when I was on E, because the testosterone had peaked not because it was low. So I can say now that the last shot didn't do much.
