Yesterday was the first day without any painkillers. The swelling of the testicle was still there. Today I took one painkiller. When I sit or lay down, I don't have any discomfort, but when I stand the dull pain is obvious.

Had the slightest suspicion that today the testicle had reduced a bit in size. I hope so, cause I am starting to worry about that a bit.

I will see what tomorrow brings.

Am so excited of the eventual effects... I know... patiënce...

Hello everyone, severe pain above the bladder area is killing me right now I couldn't sleep I can't even walk its hunting me all time I'm dying. I did a shot 5 or sex hour ago, I didn't feel anything right after the injection but about half an hour after it starts to sting till it became unbearable I can't even think or spell right. Is that some sort of an infection? did something explode? painkillers didn't do much. please help i'm begging you!

Really, if the pain is getting to much and you don't trust it... go to the doctor. It is not worth risking your life for it.

But CaCl is extremely painfull. Well... It was for me.I was able to use morphine-like stuff and even with it I kept pain... I got pain also about half an hour to an hour after the injection and it went on for two days. Also above the bladder a bit to the side. It can be the spermatic cords. But again: I am not a doctor so if you don't trust it see one!

So I am interested in getting rid of my testicles. I am a mosaic XXY, so kind of in between M & F.

I am not interested in SRS, I havn't decided whether to get prosthetics (largest I can get),

or have the scrotum removed for a smooth look. .

I want to use a medical intervention of some kind.

I have read many posts and generally speaking, it looks like the best way to do this is to damage with injection;

Causing infarction, necrosis and apoptosis of the tissue within the testicles.

Then go to the doctor, appear clueless, and get them to deal with it.

rinse and repeat ....

I have a few questions.

I am more inclined to undergo the sodium chloride rather than calcium chloride.

Can someone give me some info on pain levels with NaCl vs CaCl vs Etoh with these.

Also, how soon have guys been to the doctor after injection with NaCl (assuming they havn't messed up and really hurt themselves)

And what was the result and conversations you have had with the doctor (or ER physician)

Have any of you been offered chemo? (Worst thing that could happen)

I suspect I would go to the doctors quite quickly (I have a urologist and endo already), he will probably give me antibiotics to treat the pain and swelling from "infection", which won't work, he will be clueless, but the damage will have gone too far with any luck and they will be removed.

I think involving the doctor will help reduce any risk. Although he will be clueless as to what is really happening

(Especially if a repeat injection.)

hi Felix, I do the process currently with Ethanol, but just started. When you wanna see your urologist after any injections, allow the punctures to heal before, otherwise this may cause questions and research you definitely would like to avoid. By the way, where are you from?

Well... if you asked me :

My pain went down quite fast the last two days. Haven't had any discomfort which hold me back. Only if I stay on my to feet to long, I start to feel a bit of pain down there. I am extremely happy that the swelling went down since yesterday. It is far from normal, but hey... I didn't expect anything else. But I can feel the testicle again. It is still hard and twice the size of its origin. I have not noticed any effects yet. Still get erections when touching or thinking about my wife, don't have any moodswings and also haven't had hotflashes. I know hotflashes can be a burden, but I am looking forward to it. Having one will proof that the injection had worked.

Even while I had extreme pains the first two/three days, I can now say that if one injection isn't enough I will do a second one. Off course not by any time soon, since I know it can take a few weeks to get some results by injecting NaCl. If there is anybody who injecteed aproximately the same amount of me (about 1 cc), can he please let me know after how many weeks you experienced the first effects (I know... my miles my vary)?

Do not be in panic. In my third injection the pain covered all my bowels, and also thought that cacl2 was disolving my intestins, but If you review the anatomy of spermathic chord this canal cross near to the bladder and part of thin intestin, every injury produced into the testicles can reflect in all spermatic chord and when the epididymus and the chord is swollen then the pain will indrectly afect the nearby tissues as bowels, that this was happened to me. I almos went to the E.R. but finally I was be able to manage the pain and visit the regular doctor in that third ocassion, and he said me that I had epydidimitits and that spermathic chord was swollen he prescribed me pain killers and antibiotics. the excruciating pain then took 24 hrs to subside. but do not hesitate go to dr If you can´t bear It.
