Is it more complicated for there removal? Also, because I know how they have atrophied, and can be certain its due to the calcium chloride, and not cancer, what are the consequences of leaving them in. From what ive read most say just get them out to be safe. However lets assume it is safe to leave them in. Any answers would provide me with greater insight. I'm certain they are done. Erections are not spontaneous, and ejaculation is about dime size and very clear. Also if I don't try to exercise, or masturbate myself once a day, it is very difficult to become erect. My facial hair takes literally 4 days longer to grow than what I used to achieve in 1 day. My legs look hips and butt, look feminine now. Energy is gone. I have to force myself to excercise every day now. My pec's are soft and my arms are getting thinner. So I can say I'm happy with those changes.
If there's a suspected problem with the testes a urologist will most likely want to remove them inguinally (via a small incision just above the pelvis on either side). They take both testes by pulling them UP through this incision, and take the spermatic chord as well.
They may also want to biopsy before they remove, which can be done via incision or needle, depending on the suspected condition.
So no - no more difficult to remove. Just they tend to be more cautious.
Also inguinal removal typically heals faster than via scrotal incision.
