Thank you fhunter - I'm trying to keep as level-a-head as possible given my situation!
The discomfort is now 1/10 just 2 hours shy of the 2 day mark and testes are now only mildly sensitive to the touch and easily manageable with ibuprofen 400mg every 4 hours. Still taking it easy and I'll avoid any physical exertion for the next week.
I just re-measured with the Vernier Calliper. Before I started left testis volume was 20.4cc; it's now 25.1cc. Right was 20.8cc; now 31.7cc. That's a 23% and 52% increase in volume respectively. Will be
next, it appears (fingers crossed) I'm through the worst of it unscathed. Well, apart from my testes hopefully

Another quick update, it's now almost the end of day 3. All abdominal discomfort is gone but my testes have been sooo sensitive today. I think someone else mentioned it felt like blue balls, I can totally agree. Walking around has been very slow and deliberate!
I also got my bloods tested today. I had to have an unrelated blood test so I asked my doctor he'd mind if I also write some hormone tests on my pathology form and he agreed (he knows I'm transgender), so he suggested I write "androgens, oestrogens, LH, FSH, prolactin" and I also added "progesterone". DHT is important to test however I believe that will be covered by androgens. It would have been better to test them all before I injected, however hopefully I'll still be able to get some sort of a baseline which will be useful later on. My guess is they will either be unaffected at this point, or T or DHT may spike in reaction to the injection - I'd be interested to hear others' thoughts on this...?
Other than that, feeling good, I'm off the pain meds and had a productive day at work. Having had some time to meditate on what I've done I think injecting the lower dose of 0.6cc was a sensible start. I now feel I know a lot about how my body has reacted, and I'll observe changes for 3 months then make a decision whether to do another treatment. I'll also be able to test my hormone levels at that point and note changes. I know also know that one way or another I will end up with no testicles - without causing myself too much harm which is important to me - and knowing that is helping me cope with the dysphoria.
