Hello. I am a transgender woman who has injected about 11.5 ml since Oct-7-15. I'm quite aware that this is likely very much overkill especially in such a short time with already reseeding testicles due to HRT. After years of anguish and mental searing along with my doctor continuously being extremely conservative with my dose, I decided that this was the best option. Seeing as my testicles were already quite small from Years of HRT, and the fact I was using painkillers and numbing cream It was difficult for me to tell if I was hitting the testicle properly and I may have overdone it. The 1st sitting on October 7th I did 5 ml as I thought I had injected too far and into the epdidymis the first set.

You are describing my own impatience, the first injection I think that went deep and touched epydidimus and is the reason why I want to inject again.

I agree to the others that you should be treated of MRSA ASAP. I hope you heal soon.

So I just returned from the ER. The doctor said it wasn't MRSA but epididymitis. The right looked normal in appearance on the scan but the left has "complex hyrocele." "epididymitis" "A complex appearing lesion inflammatory, infectious or possibly neoplastic etiologies." spermatocele related to left. They recommenced I see a specialist for further review. I wonder why the right seems so peachy? My testicles are obviously atrophying as I'm finally starting to see breast grow off my 2mg a day estradiol. They gave me anti-biotics, anti-inflammatory, and pain meds will any of this not cooperate or bar the CaCl from doing it's job?

Very happy to hear you don't have MRSA. There's not really anything that'll stop the CaCl from doing its job. Stay safe.

I'm glad to hear you're in no immediate danger. Hydrocele and epididymitus suck; I've apparently got a little of the former and a lot of the latter - you have my heartfelt sympathies. Also, good luck, stay healthy, and maybe your doctors will think that the testicles were done in by the HRT regime and just yank 'em both. I recommend - if and/or when it comes to it - you ask them to get as much of the cords as possible, btw, based on others' experience with residual sperm cords.

Today is day 14 since I injected my right ball with 1.5cc of a 3 to 1 mix of CaCl and alcohol. The pain was too intense to inject my left ball. As of today my right ball is still the size of an egg and although not painful, is somewhat uncomfortable.

I've been to the gym the last two days but exercise seems to increase groin pain and discomfort. Noting more to share today.

Well today I got angry at a parent whom didn't have control of their kid. So I told the parent how I felt. This was more like the old me who had little to no patience. I don't know if that's testosterone coming back or just one of those things I have a stronger different view of. Long story short kid was trying to climb me, then my grocery cart and then into the ice box at the grocery store. I told the parent to get control of their kid. The parent then got mad at me saying the kids just four years old. I said get a baby sitter. The parent then points a finger in face saying I'm the one that needs a sitter. Am I wrong to be angry. I have to admit its really the first time in six weeks (since I first injected) that I've felt this angry. I was begining to think the injections had a wonderful side effect of stopping anger. Turns out maybe not. I don't really know. I do know it has eased my gender dysphoria a lot, and my fat redistribution although subtle to others is very noticeable to me.

In fact that just might means the opposite, some have reported irritability when testosterone gets low, we all are different, I have always been irritable, when my T gets very very low I feel more deppresed than irritable, but when is "not so low" I feel irritable as ever.
