Re: Calcium Chloride and Other Salt Injections for Castration
sterilization by autoclave or U.V. would be the ideal. But I think a good aspetic technique would be enough in this case. I used three containers that cleaned and inmersed in alcohol and the aluminium tablespoon which I Inmersed in 70% alcohol for one hour. The aluminium is easier to clean of bacteria than plastik. For the final mix I bought at the pharmacy a measuring container for biological samples.
12 day.- left testicle still a bit swollen and a bit bigger than before and very hard, with lumps, ocasional Itchy and a dull discomfort.
Right testicle, the small one ,strangely shaped in some points not so hard than the left one, but is harder than before with lumps as well. a dull discomfort also.
Both testicles seem retracted to the inside of the inguinal area.
I have lowered my antiandrogens from 100mg of spiro to 25mg wthout feel any changes, I will continue with my estradiol injections and one depo-provera a month until I go to the doctor with the hope that he reffered to an urologist.
I confess that I´m in a dilemma, inject again or not ? will they die from one single 1ml 40% cacl2 shot?
suggestions.?

Thank you for the tips they will definitely help.
It takes time, I would have waited, too, but time isn't on my side my hair is in a terrible shape.

Re: Calcium Chloride and Other Salt Injections for Castration
Hello. I am a transgender woman who has injected about 11.5 ml since Oct-7-15. I'm quite aware that this is likely very much overkill especially in such a short time with already reseeding testicles due to HRT. After years of anguish and mental searing along with my doctor continuously being extremely conservative with my dose, I decided that this was the best option. Seeing as my testicles were already quite small from Years of HRT, and the fact I was using painkillers and numbing cream It was difficult for me to tell if I was hitting the testicle properly and I may have overdone it. The 1st sitting on October 7th I did 5 ml as I thought I had injected too far and into the epdidymis the first set. Nearly 2 months later it seems to be working as I'm finally growing "buds." However 2 weeks ago I did my 3rd set. My left testicle never seemed retract in size as much as the right after the injections. I was anxious one of them was being "stubborn" if you will, so continued injections at too fast a pace in both. I am currently a carrier of MRSA, and am in the process of switching doctors so could not get a proper prescription to flood it entirely from my system. Well it just so happens I had acquired MRSA in my lefty. I went to the walk-in urgent care center today and they said it was beyond their means to remove it and my testicle was under "incredible trauma" and "deeply deeply inflamed." He even proclaimed it would be "insanely barbaric" to lance the testicle without extreme sedation, and that I need to have a sonogram done consider how damaged and swollen they were. And insisted that I head to the ER immediately and that I need to see a specialist. I didn't follow through. I am having financial troubles at the moment and so is my family.
I don't know what to do next at this point. Should I just see a urologist when the money gets better? (Would they have the tools to drain the MRSA infection properly) or would they send me to the ER anyway? I pretty sure they will conclude lefty needs to be removed it's remained about the size of thumb, and in shape) but if I'm to go through all this hassle I wounder if I should shoot my right testicle again as it isn't even close as swollen, but is still atrophying non the less and quite hard almost like a rubber ball, but didn't receive much attention from the doc. They misconstrue the CaCl as cancer or other pernicious health problems but I don't how far away the injection is from the scan to be a prominent concern. I don't know how much it would swell either considering it seems pretty tucked into my abdomen at this point. Would they do a sonogram or cut the MRSA out first? Any past experiences or advice would be great. But I've come this far and would like the greatest chance of having them both removed.

Wow, people you go to extremes!
I just used simple 30% Liquid Calcium Chloride (food grade) used for cheese making. No mixing required! Some people here, even used individual syringes for each testicle! Why???

Jesus dude! You're entirely focused on the wrong thing. I understand the obsession with wanting to be castrated, but you have MRSA in deep tissue where you have damaged your body's ability to give an immune response. You're risking your life! MRSA can kill you if it gets deeper than the skin.
Are you in the US? While US sucks for medical care for low income people, there are still definitely options, free clinics, Medicare, provisions for emergency rooms to treat everyone, etc. I understand though the US is tough in that they force you to actually bankrupt yourself before much of the help is available. But still, this is your life you're playing with!
I think the trick is to manage your medical expenses. Find a free clinic to get things rolling. Check the costs of everything and ask for alternatives and shop around. Do they really need an ultrasound if it a physical exam shows a deformed, inflamed condition? Probably not. Many universities like to train their medical students by providing discounted services. Maybe go to a medical school urology department and plead for some free or discounted help (and maybe let them do a case study since your case will be interesting). Lastly, apparently (I've never done it, but I've heard about it often) people will often negotiate with their doctors regarding payment.
Anyway, cure the MRSA. If you're lucky that will involve having the testicles removed. But even if it doesn't, save your life.
The amount of calcium chloride you've done should be sufficient to castrate already. Don't do any more. Give it time to take effect. You're way, way overdoing it and being too impatient.
Please take care!

For what it's worth, MRSA can be a real bitch to get rid off.
Please get it taken care of, no matter how!
I have a cousin battling it now, and it's no fun.
Good luck.

I am aware I'm going beyond what I need but when I am hit with the Oxycontin along with the numbing agent I can hardly feel a thing after the needle pierces the scrotum and it makes me paranoid I didn't hit it properly. And I'm sure I'm pretty inebriated with the painkillers taking effect. And my left testicle has been an issue since day one. I didn't feel any pain in the left the first session so I thought it wasn't very responsive so I continued on both the left never shrunk quite like the right but I assume that because of excessive damage of some sort. I think I might have had some of the CaCl leak heavily near the scrotum. I told them I had fallen trying to make my way into the shower and the testicle collided with the rim of the tub. Although this seems like a weak story I had my intensive knee and spine surgeries as a child and as a byproduct have had ever increasing spasms ever since. And without any medications for it, it's quite noticeable. So I think that might play a part in his concern for interior damage and he said the infection was very deep. He fumbled around with the testicle for awhile, I don't know what he was searching for so maybe he found something concerning? I'm going to call my previous MD and see if I can get a referral to a urologist and her opinion. I had my father take me to the walk-in clinic as the bus routes don't lead anywhere near the clinic. He seemed concerned but after calling my mother she want's me to wait as she's stingy about money at the moment.

As I posted many times before here is not easy at all to get calcium chloride liquid, and buying from abroad is extremely expensive and messy because of customs office However I think I made the best and cheap decision while getting clacium cloride dihydrated powder anlytical grade 99% of purity. It´s not so difficult make the solution, the difficult part for me was the recovery post-injection. I become paranoid thinking If the solution had reached my bowels and sort of...It was in fact a pain reflected. I was just in panic.
Day 13.- . there´s still remains of swelling in both, almost no pain, nothing more to tell, preparing myself for my second shot.

MissJaneDoe, MRSA is a severe infection that will have an effect on everything that happens to your body until it is eliminated. I speak from my own experience. In my case surgical intervention was needed in addition to antibiotics strong enough to make me ill. If not treated promptly and effectively MRSA is a killer. Take care if that first; plan your other needs. I wish you well. --FLO--

Re: Calcium Chloride and Other Salt Injections for Castration
I talked to my grandmother who was a nurse, and she was very adamant about me going to the ER. I will be heading there tomorrow morning upon her persuading my mother that it was the only option. I will report my situation when I can reach my PC, depending on how it's treated that might be a few days. Fingers crossed I kill two birds with one stone.
