Remember you'll have to have the testicle in one hand and the syringe/needle in the other, and then have to be able to push the plunger. I think as long as you hit the center, you'll be fine. I think I remember one person going lengthwise and pulling the needle so the calcium chloride was put into the testicle lengthwise instead of just in the center.
But I would stick to center. If you fidget too much and get calcium chloride outside of the testicle and into the scrotum, I don't think you'll have a good time.
Thanks - it sounds like a painful process but I have a relatively high tolerance to pain. Just wanting to make sure I go about it the right way.
