Oh, also, do you know what they can do to help if I don't tell them what the actual source of the problem is? Like, what if calcium chloride has moved into my abdomen? If I don't tell them that I injected it, what can they do to help that, exactly? Thank you for your replies!
To answer all your questions Go to emergency:
1. You just tell them you have testicular pain
2. You have abdominal pain and a lump
3. You leave them to figure it out.
It is very doubtful that the fluid has traveled to your abdomen and it is more probable that you have have a co-incidental hernia.
They will scan your testicle(s) and possibly remove them or treat you for orchitis (inflammation/infection) of the testes, with pain relief and anti-biotics.
If the scan shows significant damage they may remove them for you (I guess you want this?) and repair the hernia.
