This is weird but they have gone from hurting to no feeling at all the scrotum has feeling but the testicles them self feel absolutely nothing.

I have tried to feel them but they are trying to hid inside of me. All I can say is they feel like rubber eggs no life in them from what I can tell.

I hope this means they are soon to be totally dead.

With 2 injections 2 weeks apart of 1cc each should be enough to kill them I am thinking about a number 3 just to be sure.

Just wait a few weeks, it does take some time to have your hormone levels stabilize. But from what you have said, your testicles are not functioning.

Hello guys, i have a question if someone can help me with this: My testicles are hard in some places, but the left is less hard than the right. ¿What can happen if i inject in the hard zone, can i break my testicle? You would probably need to apply a lot of pressure in order to break the testicles. I think those hard spots are simply clumps of dead / scar tissue. They are harder to inject into compared to soft spots, but if you go slowly and give the fluid enough time to disperse within your testicle it should be safe.

I found that you really can't break them because the liquid leaks out the hole where you injected the needle and relieves the pressure. As your nut expands with the injection, the needle hole expands too, and the CaCl leaks into the surrounding tissue and, from experience, burns like hell.

I have noticed the effects of reducing testosterone dry skin less sex drive and a feeling of having a little less energy.

A weird effect i did not anticipate is my testicles are not descending back down to original position and all efforts to force them down have failed.

I am not sure what this means but the pain has gone down to 1/10 not anything really.

Probably going to go to a doctor soon and see what they say but ether way as long as my t keeps dropping i am happy with the result.

Last Monday my wife decided that she wanted to one last injection herself, she said she missed out on the fun herself with my first two injections. I am 99% sure that my testicles were dead or near dead already but she wanted to make sure. She injected 1.5 Ml in each even though they were half the size they were when we started. After the injection I am sure they were dead because I had no pain at all compared to the first two injections. My testicles did become swollen back to there original size for a few days but no pain at all.

That was last week, today she tried to see if I could get hard and still have get off, the answer to both is no. I have no sexual needs of my own and I love the new me. She told me our next step is to find us a new lover to take care of her needs every now and then. We did have another bottom we used to play with but he was uncomfortable in helping her please me also, now that is not going to be an issue she will see if he would like to join back since I will be the bottom with no needs in return. If not I am sure we will find a replacement she always does.

If anyone has any doubts about whether CaCl works, I will attest that it definitely kills your nuts. I did three small CaCl injections on both of testicles. I did many alcohol injections before, and my balls shrunk from really big to somewhat big, around 1 1/2" long and 3/4" wide. Before injections, they hung very low, lower than my decent-sized cock. After alcohol injections, they changed somewhat, but not much.

As I've discussed on here before, I went to a urologist about a year ago to try to get them removed, and he did an ultrasound. After two CaCl injections, my testosterone level was 40, and my testicles shrunk to:

Right: 2.9 x 1.7 x 2.1 cm

Left: 3.1 x 1.9 x 2.2 cm

This is about the size of the average 10-year-old.

Earlier this year I did one more injection, though it really didn't seem to hurt or swell much. They are now very hard. My ultrasound last week found they are:

Right: 2.5 x 1.2 x 1.6 cm

Left: 2.3 x 1.2 x 1.4 cm

The average 4-year-old has bigger testicles than me. Each has an infarction, or dead tissue without blood flow composing about 80% of the tissue inside. After stopping Androgel for a week, I'm going back Tuesday to get my testosterone checked again. I'll let you know what it says.

It looks to me as if you guys in the US have to jump through much bigger hoops to get your testicles removed than here in Australia. I did 2 injections of Calcium Chloride and 2 sets of ultrasound scans, each

about a week after the injection.

My testicles were about the same size as dvdbll's a

fter the second ultrasound with

good blood flow all over. When I went to see my urologist, he put the scans up on his screen and remarked that he could see significant areas of inflammation and then suggested removal of both without my having to prompt him at all. He then stated that he could possibly save part of the left one, but I told him that I wanted them both gone.

After the surgery which was done on March 15th this year, he told me that once he got inside my scrotum he noticed that the left testicle was actually more damaged than it looked on the scan and that he had found a granuloma higher up on the spermatic chord which would have necessitated removal of that one anyway.

I went this route due to medical necessity resulting from PVPS and after reading about the CaCl injections on the net, I read this thread from start to finish before doing the first injection which was done on December 22nd. The second was done on January 2nd. I can honestly say that every bit of discomfort suffered as a result of the injections was worth the end result. I actually had very little pain from the injections as I was on a high dose Tramadol for the original pain management and this took care of the pain from the injections, so my worst side effect was the discomfort of having severely swollen testicles.

I am taking T replacement as it was never my intention to get rid of my T at all. Also due to the effects of the PVPS, my T level had been pretty near to castrate level and I had been on T replacement prior to the surgery. I am now very happy with the result and have no more pain and am now totally drug free.
