Coming up 48 hours and still no pain at all, healing well with just a bit of swelling which is to be expected. The result was worth the hassles of the injections.

10 days after the NaCl injection, the testicle is slightly larger than normal. It swelled up to more that double its normal volume, although the size seems to vary throughout the day. Sometimes it's hard; sometimes it's soft and squishy. Until today, it's been a bit tender.

I think I'm going to wait a bit before injecting again to see what happens. Libido hasn't really been affected, but I got a cold yesterday, which definitely leads to a drop in libido for me. The lengthy period of swelling gives me hope that there's been some damage done. We shall see.

Listen up, folks, the results are in!

Estradiol was way off the charts. I had just had my injection the previous day so it was spiked. I'll scale it back anyways as the number seems ridiculous.

Testosterone, total, LC,MS,MS. Result: 8 ng/dL. Reference range: 250-1100 ng/dL

Testosterone, FREE. Result: 0.5 pg/mL. Reference range: 35-155 pg/mL.

So my testosterone level is definitely castrate range! I've looked up both castrate levels for males and normal T levels for females and i'm happy with what I see.

My testosterone level is on the low end for the normal female range.

I injected 2-3 days ago in both of my testicles while they were paralyzed from elma cream, I seriously didnt have much pain though they have been pretty big since the first day. THe pain was strong enough that I couldnt even sleep. Been awake for like 40 hours straight and then I was able to sleep but would keep waking up every hours, it was a terrible night.

And I got so many exams but I can't even concentrate on my homework or revision. Seriously, it was bad enough that I told myself I wish I could just go back in time before doing the injection. I was in such a pain at school that I couldnt even anwser my teacher properly, I would simply nod the head and look at her with the " fuck Off" face. There was even a guy who came and asked me if I was intimidated by her, I mean seriously? Hopefully tonight I'll get some good sleep and most of all, hopefully I'll never have to inject this shit ever again.

From June to October 2013 I injected 16 times with 96.5% alcohol and have experienced significant drop in testicular function. But the stubborn orbs keep coming back! . Finally, decided to continue injections only this time with 33% Calcium Chloride & 96.5%. Based on previous postings I mixed .60.ml of CC with .40ml of Alcohol and injected the right testicle with .50ml tonight. Since I have testicular cysts I will do one at a time so that if the pain is intense I will manage it.

That was 25 minutes ago. It went into my testicle easily, bearing in mind they are 30% of their original size and small and hard. I felt virtually no pain beyond the injection needle. Now I have had a few stinging twinges and wonder what I have let myself in for. 40 minutes later I am aware of something going on down there but it is a slight ache. Will post my experience.

Good Morning all! I woke this morning with an ache in the lower inguinal area about 4 on the pain scale. Took some pain relief and now settled to a bearable ache. Testicle has swollen too and it looks normal sized now! So far this has been far less painful than I thought it would be. Could be the smaller dose?

I also did 0.5ml on both testes and they swelled to about 3 times the normal size within 48 hours and the pain was pretty intense as well. I repeated 2 weeks later with much the same result, went to the ER and got referred to a urologist and now they have been surgically removed.

I suspect that your minimal pain and swelling could be as a result of pre existiong damage from the alcohol injections, keep us updated.

Thanks Micdavi, I am glad I only did the one side as by mid morning I was in quite bad lower abdominal pain and testicular aching. The swelling has increased a little and the testicle is very tender right now. However the pain is just the ache in the testicle......for now and I have not had pain killers since this morning. That could all change!! It is quite uncomfortable getting up from the sofa, but no more so than after alcohol injections. I had a medical examination ultrasound the day before yesterday and the comment was no tumours and the shrinkage is due to previous infection. They want to do it agin in a few weeks so I thought I would give them something to observe change....
