Since it's been a couple of days, your pain should start to subside soon.

It should be a bit concerning that you are running a significant fever. A fever response often accompanies an infection.

Your experience with significant swelling and pain in the testicles, lower back and gut are typical.

While it seems to be effective employed properly and with sterile procedures, the risk of injury from this method of castration is significant... as we've observed from these pages.

Personally, I'd seek medical attention if the pain doesn't soon subside and, especially, the fever.

It is 12:51 PM and although they are still severely swollen, the Tylenol 3 seems to have knocked the pain back to where it is not intolerable but they still hurt but I sit with my legs spread and have a small pillow under them and it feels a lot better. My temp not is 98.9 degrees so that is not bad, don't know why it was high this morning but hopefully it is not an infection. finally peed and that went well with no pain or blood or anything like that. There was a drop of what looked like precum on the head of my penis this morning but I was not even partially erect but don't expect to get erections anyway since I had prostate cancer surgery 6 years ago, haven't had an erection since then. Hopefully by tomorrow the pain will lesson and the swelling will start to go do. will update later tonight or tomorrow.

It is 4:50AM. Had rather uneventful night. Pain is still very prominent but not unbearable with the help of Tylenol 3. I think the swelling may be subsiding just a little but really can't tell yes but balls seem to be a little looser in my sack although they are pulled tight up against my body and are not swinging around. They feel hard and heavy but I can lightly touch them with no noticeable pain outside of the throbbing. the backache and ache in my abdomen is still very prominent. There appears to be a lot of fluid in my swollen sack but I think this is normal after injuring my testicles the way I have. Right testicle is still much larger and swollen and sensitive then the left one. I was able to eat this morning without any problem and am still very thirsty all of the time which might be the salt. Temp this morning is 97.7 but woke up at 3:30AM soaked in a very cold sweat especially around my head area. Am also able to walk a little better but still very bow legged to keep thighs from rubbing or putting pressure on the sack. I think everything is progressing as expected at this point. there doesn't seem to be any signs of infection although the bruise at the injection spot has gotten lighter in color but has spread to about a half inch in diameter with a very small black spot where the needle actually was inserted. I think that is probably because I used a very large 21 gauge needle. Will get back later today if anything to report.

8:10 AM Had uneventful night and slept much better but woke up freezing cold and soaked in sweat. Temperature is 98.1 degrees. Pain has lessened quite a bit and it looks like the swelling in my Left side especially, has begun to recede. Testicles are still very sensitive to touch. Black and blue mark at injection site on left side has gotten smaller and much lighter but on the right side it has spread and has not gotten much lighter and swelling is still very prominent on right side. Back and abdomen still ache quite noticeably but pain is bearable and controllable with Tylenol 3. I can also walk better today. I put on a pair of fairly tight microfiber panties to help support my testicles and this has also help with the pain. Will get back later with more updates.

My right ball looks a bit triangle shaped.

It's a few days shy of a month. And stacy, be patient. They'll look huge forever, one will be more swollen than the other, but just be patient. One of my feet is bigger than the other. One of my boobs is bigger than the other. These things are natural. Not everything reacts/ forms the same way.

Thank you magickitty. I was beginning to think I didn't inject enough in the right one because it was so much bigger than the other one to begin with. Still hurts like hell and badly swollen but much better than yesterday. So far, yesterday was the worst. Hopefully they will get smaller now. to sore to really feel them good but think it is doing like it is supposed to do. Will let you know. Haven't taken a Tylenol 3 in awhile, may change to ibuprophen tonight and get away from the narcotics. Am going to try to get some sleep. Have a good night.

2:58 AM Well today the pain is pretty much relieved except for some aching and a heavy feeling in my stomach area and back

. Testicles are still very sensitive to touch

but feel hard and swell has gone down considerably. Yesterday, walked very slowly downtown and had lunch in a restraint, was aching and testicles hurting considerably by the time I got home but feel I can walk much better today. Am thinking about re-injecting my larger right testicle because it is still so much larger than the left, will wait another couple days before I decided if it is necessary. Have found that wearing fairly tight micro-fiber panties to support the sack and testicles helps with the aching and pain considerably also. Will be so happy if this works and hopefully in a couple months I can

make an appointment with the urologist

and get whatever remains of the boys surgically removed.

4:13 AM Think I just made a mistake. I just tried to inject my right testicle with just everclear (95%) and needle war fairly hard to push in (painful) and then plunger was very hard to push in also. Managed to get .5cc in but when released plunger it began coming back out with pink fluid flowing into syringe. I again pushed it in till .5 cc was in and pain was terrible but removed syringe and have terrible pain in testicle and right lower abdomen. Hope the pain recedes soon. This is what I get for being impatient.

I have an appointment with a urologist

on Friday and the latest ultrasound shows some indication of tumors??? LOL, so maybe they will soon go.
