Starfoxy, I'm glad you have a decent relationship with your doctor and were able to get some help. Sounds like you had a horrible night, I hope today & tonight is better.

Sparkey49, your experience seems pretty similar to my own. I started feeling a little better around the 72 hour mark, hopefully you're ahead of my schedule.

Cl. I'm happy I did it, but guess I was a bit naive and thought that by this point I would be reaching actual eunuch status. My this point my testicles are very small in the middle of the night but during the day they seem to return to their normal size. My libido is diminished to perhaps 50% of what it was pre injection.

I also now have a lump on my left testicle which I believe is associated with my second injection of CaCl that I did about 10 days ago. I'll be seeing my Dr. in another week for a routine check-up so if the lump is still there I may mention it as a point of concern.

I am somewhat surprised you have had such acute pain given the volume amount, I suspect it is in the concentration

of the calcium chloride. I had

similar pain even though I believe my testicles were toast and previous ultrasounds has shown and my testosterone was at castrate level. I almost went to my doctor, almost. I hung there and the pain lessen within a day or so. I would recommend, if you can, delay the ultrasound, as I believe the results will show more of inflamed or infected appearance. I think the issue if you follow up would be a conclusion that weird appearance was due to an infection and the markers they see would probably not a tumor. After a period of time after alcohol or calcium chloride the injections causes the inner structure of the testicle to have markers which may or may not be cancer. The only way to find out is to have a radial orchiectomy and/ordo a frozen section to check and if it isa tumor or not. If not they may put the testicle back. Frankly I doubt most urologist will put it back.

Good luck and hang in there. As mentioned my post from about seven months ago, calcium chloride injections are very painful. If you are sensitive to pain the alcohol injections are significantly less painful, but still cause discomfort. Again

it needs to be pointed out that if you are unsure of how to administer the injections you could put your health in harms way.

I will be at the 72 hour mark tonight. Last night was 48 hour and they were very painful if touched or if I moved around. I had a decent night but by no way comfortable! I am looking forward to the pain diminishing to a more tolerable level. The swelling is all in the testicles it seems but I can not seem to examine much yet for increased pain as I do. This sure is not for the faint! How long before you could start to do some normal activities? Thanks for everything!!

I have been reading this thread very carefully over the last few weeks.

My reasons for wanting castration are slightly different to most of you in that I simply do not like my genitals, I do not have problems with my libido as such ( I prefer being a bottom) and am not transgender, though having said that I've realised I inhabit the more androgynous side of maleness ( if that makes sense) .

I did my first injection this afternoon

60% of 80% proof Vodka 40% calcium chloride totalling 1ml . ,5 ml each testicle

a little bit of pain when I pinned and some discomfort when I injected. At the moment my testes feel warm but otherwise very little pain. I'm quite happy to continue with these small doses every so often for the foreseeable future if needs be.

I also inject 1ml of Test E a week to supplement my natural test levels for energy and weight training fitness purposes, and I shall increase the frequency of these to totally shut down natural test production, this will also have the effect of shrinking my balls, so this with the alcohol/ccl injections should have the desired effect over a period of time, we shall see! ...

I'm not in any immediate hurry, it's taken long enough for the trigger to click in my brain so an extra few months are nothing compared with the years I've had to put up with parts of my anatomy I didn't want.

Cheers sparkey ... feel as if I've been punched in the abdomen at the moment, but the ache comes and goes and is quite a dull ache rather than severe, balls are tender and enlarged. I'm hoping the ache will subside, but I've loads of paracetamol on hand if needs be.

I have only had Ibuprophen and am now trying using ice. I am really ready for reduction of pain and swelling. It will be interesting to see how the different dosage approaches work out.

Ache subsided after a hot bath, but has come back to a slight degree since I would say 3-4 /10 , will take some painkillers before bed and cross my fingers.

I'm certainly not experiencing the levels of pain most people have had to endure, but then I may have to do several hits before I get a result, whereas for everyone else one blast of agony and it's all done and dusted ....

For me I was able to work my desk job for the first two days after the injection, and on the 3rd day had to call in sick. I started feeling better at the end of the 3rd day, and returned to work the next day. Of course, I still wasn't feeling really great. I felt a little better each day after the 72 hour mark until I felt like normal (with a lowered libido) about two weeks later.
